The era of rigid, Palantir-style semantic layers is ending.

Those systems were built for humans—centralized warehouses, heavy ontologies, endless modeling.
Agents don’t need that.

At Lyzr, we’re building a Fluid Intelligence Platform—where data stays close to the source, architectures remain composable, and autonomous agents can reason, plan, and act inside real enterprise systems.

This role is for an Enterprise Data Architect who’s tired of over-engineered platforms and excited to design agent-native data architectures that actually ship.

What You’ll Actually Do

Work directly with enterprise customers to understand the workflows they want to automate
Translate those workflows into agent + data architectures on Lyzr
Map real-world data sources:

• SQL & NoSQL databases

• APIs & SaaS tools

• Documents, files, and unstructured sources

Define how agents access data—without forcing everything into a heavy central semantic layer
Design lightweight, governable data pipelines and mini data marts
Apply semantic or graph-based models only where they add real value
Help agents reason over entities and relationships for specific use cases
Partner with product, agent engineering, and customer teams to deliver production-ready architectures
Balance flexibility, governance, and security in real enterprise environments

Who This Is For

8–12+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or analytics architecture
Strong hands-on experience with:

• Structured & unstructured data

• APIs & SaaS integrations

• SQL & NoSQL systems

Solid understanding of semantic modeling
Practical exposure to graph / knowledge graph concepts (not theoretical)
Comfortable being customer-facing:

• Running discovery sessions

• Whiteboarding architectures

• Explaining complex ideas simply

You think in systems, prefer composable architectures, and are excited by agentic AI
