About The Role

You’ll work directly with founders to turn raw ideas into working AI agent products—shipping real MVPs in 2–4 week cycles. You won’t be fixing small features or waiting for specs; you’ll be writing code that users touch and startups depend on.

What You’ll Do

Build MVPs for early-stage AI agent startups (end-to-end)
Work directly with founders to turn ideas into working products
Ship fast using agent frameworks & the Lyzr platform
Prototype, iterate, and ship again (PRD → MVP in weeks, not months)
Contribute to the RPT (Research, Platform, Tech) team on agent architecture

What You Need

Strong fundamentals in React, Next.js
Backend with Node.js or Python
Interest in (or hands-on experience with) AI agents
Comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and iteration
Builder mindset — side projects, hackathons, or startup experience preferred

Who This Is For

Final-year students or recent grads
(IIT / NIT / BITS or equivalent preferred, not mandatory)
