About the Role
This role sits at the front door of our growth engine.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Lyzr, you’ll be the first conversation prospects have with our product and our brand. Your job is to find the right companies, start sharp conversations, qualify real intent, and set up high-quality sales engagements.
This is not a volume-for-volume’s-sake role. It’s about quality pipeline, strong discovery, and learning how AI actually sells to enterprises.

What You’ll Do
Identify and engage high-potential prospects via email, calls, LinkedIn, and events
Run initial discovery conversations to understand pain points, use cases, and buying intent
Qualify leads and ensure strong handoff to Account Executives
Build and maintain relationships as the first point of contact for prospects
Work closely with Sales & Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and feedback loops
Manage and update leads in the CRM (HubSpot or similar)
Track activity, pipeline movement, and meeting outcomes
Continuously build product and market knowledge to communicate Lyzr’s value clearly
Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
What You Need
4 years experience in SDR / BDR / lead generation roles (SaaS or tech preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.)
Ability to ask good questions and uncover real customer problems
High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Curious about AI, technology, and enterprise software
Collaborative mindset and strong ownership over outcomes
