What we are looking

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly applications. You will be responsible for developing complete full-stack products, end-to-end, including both frontend and backend components.

Technologies - Python, React.js, FastAPI, Docker, AWS, Firebase/Supabase & SQL/NOSQL, JS/Typescript.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using JS/TypeScript with React & Tailwind for the frontend and Python with FastAPI for the backend.

2. Ensure applications are built with efficient, scalable code that follows best practices and design patterns.

3. Implement authentication, authorization, and security protocols to protect the application and user data.

4. Engage in asynchronous programming to enhance application performance and user experience.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

6. Maintain and improve the performance of existing applications.

7. Continuously learn and apply new technologies to solve complex problems.

Must-Have Qualifications

1. Proven experience of 3 to 6 years in developing full-stack applications from concept to deployment.

2. Strong knowledge of frontend development with JS/TypeScript, React, and Tailwind.

3. Solid experience in backend development using Python with FastAPI.

4. Deep understanding of authentication, asynchronous programming, and scalability.

5. Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) and RESTful API development.

Preferred Skills

1. Good grasp of data structures and algorithms.

2. Proficiency in system design and understanding of design principles.

3. Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCloud, or Firebase).

5. Knowledge of generative AI and MLOps practices.

6. Ability to work in a team environment and independently.

5. Experience with NEXT JS / Redux is preferable.

Additional Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

5. Familiarity with version control tools, such as Git.
