Fullstack Engineer (K)

Full Stack Engineer (Backend-Heavy)
We are looking for a Backend-Heavy Full Stack Engineer (3–4 years) who treats PostgreSQL as a first-class citizen and views React as the canvas for complex AI workflows. You will be responsible for handling massive volumes of textual data and turning raw LLM outputs into structured, production-ready intelligence
Core Responsibilities

  • Architect the Intelligence Layer: Design and maintain scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI, optimized for high-performance Async/Await operations.

  • Master the Data Layer: Own the performance of PostgreSQL (optimizing queries and PL/pgSQL procedures) and MongoDB for large-scale textual data management.

  • Build AI-Native Frontends: Develop responsive, state-heavy interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Redux Toolkit (RTK) to visualize complex agentic workflows.

  • Implement GenAI & RAG: Move beyond simple prompts. You will implement Knowledge Bases, Tool Calling, and Hybrid Search using raw LLM APIs (Claude/GPT-4) and vector databases.

  • Full-Cycle Ownership: From architecting the API contract to deploying on AWS (EC2, ECS, Event Bridge), you own the feature lifecycle.

Backend (The Core)

  • Python Specialist: Deep expertise in FastAPI and the nuances of asynchronous programming.

  • Database Power-User: You don't just "use" DBs; you master them. You are comfortable with PostgreSQL query optimization, stored procedures, and handling massive text volumes.

  • NoSQL Fluency: Proficient in MongoDB for flexible, high-scale data storage.

Frontend (The Interface)

  • TypeScript & React: Mandatory proficiency. You write type-safe code and understand modern React patterns.

  • State Management: Hands-on experience with Redux Toolkit (RTK) to manage complex, real-time application states.

  • UI Craftsmanship: Rapid styling using Tailwind CSS.

GenAI & AI Literacy

  • The AI Toolkit: You understand the mechanics of Knowledge Bases (KB), Agents, and Semantic Search.

  • Vector Savvy: Experience with pgvector or dedicated vector databases is a massive plus.

Bonus Points (The DevOps Edge)

  • Experience with Docker and AWS networking (VPCs, Subnets, Load Balancers).

  • Understanding of Event-Driven Architectures using AWS Event Bridge.

  • Experience building AI-powered chat assistants or RAG-based systems.
