We focus on making AI agents dependable at scale - so teams can replace fragmented tool stacks with a unified, governed intelligence layer.
About the Role
Lyzr is hiring a QA Engineer to own product quality across features, flows, and releases.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys breaking things before customers do. You’ll work closely with engineering to ensure every release is stable, reliable, and production-ready—across browsers, environments, and edge cases.
If you care deeply about quality and like being close to the product, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Own Manual Testing: Execute thorough manual testing across features, user flows, and releases.
Design Test Coverage: Write and maintain test cases for functional and non-functional requirements.
Build Automation: Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver.
Run Cross-Browser Tests: Validate behavior across browsers and devices using BrowserStack or similar tools.
Integrate with CI/CD: Plug automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or equivalent).
Manage Defects: Log, track, and close bugs in collaboration with engineering using JIRA.
Be Part of the Team: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Improve Continuously: Help improve test coverage, tooling, and QA processes over time.
What We’re Looking For
QA Experience: 2–4 years of experience in both manual and automated testing.
Automation Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
Cross-Browser Testing: Experience with BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or similar platforms.
Programming Basics: Comfortable writing test code in Java, Python, or similar languages.
Workflow Ready: Working knowledge of Git and Agile development processes.
Testing Fundamentals: Strong understanding of QA concepts, test design, and defect lifecycle.
Ownership Mindset: You take responsibility for quality, not just test execution.
