Partner Sales Manager
The Role
Lyzr, the enterprise AI agent platform, seeks a North American Partner Sales Manager to:
1. Prospect co-sell opportunities with Lyzr’s cloud partners
2. Cultivate strategic relationships with cloud partners and other software/consulting companies
3. Participate in building programs, assets, and playbooks to scale a fast-growing startup partner organization.
You will be part of the Strategic Alliances team — we build, market, and sell with the largest technology companies in the world. The team leads strategic vision for partnerships and acts as operations experts to execute mechanisms of successful partnership, including managing/configuring CRM tools, partner deal registration systems, partner marketplaces, and other partnership tools. Strategic Alliances at Lyzr manages relationships with various partners, potentially including hyperscalers, neo-clouds, software companies, systems integrators, consulting firms, etc.
This is a high-impact role initially reporting to the VP of Strategic Alliances with visibility to the CEO. We are building the best company for partnership — the next 2 years will define how enterprise customers realize value from AI through software alliances, and we are leading the expedition. Not just buzzwords; join us at Lyzr to create impact in the biggest industries in the world.
About You
The ideal candidate is early or mid-career, eager to learn, and hungry to win. You love to be on the phone with tech sellers, marketers, and customers. You love to build — sales and marketing assets, programs, maybe even code — all to create business outcomes. Colleagues call you a great communicator, and you’re looking for an experienced coach who can help you get to the next level. You can be brief when needed, or you can expand ideas comfortably without wasting breath on buzzwords/filler.
You take coaching well, even when you think you nailed it; you recognize there’s always room to improve. You know how to manage projects (or full programs): to prioritize relentlessly, set expectations clearly, and hold owners accountable. You have some experience with senior leaders, and you desire to cultivate your ability to read the room in complex negotiations. You wish you had been part of that last big deal, and you’re ready to take on more.
You understand the basics of AI, and you want to learn more — business and tech. You understand how software companies go-to-market with partners, or you understand how software sales works IRL; either way, you’re a fast learner. You love to work with great people, are able to laugh at yourself, but know when to keep it profesh.

Key Responsibilities
Co-Sell with Cloud Partners: Prospect and cultivate relationships with partners to accelerate deals to close and to create new partner pipeline; top-of-funnel, mid-funnel, and bottom-funnel activities directly tied to revenue.
Speaking the language of our cloud partners and of Lyzr, you will enable Lyzr sales to move faster and close more deals with greater efficiency; bottom-funnel activities, closing deals.
Ensure that Lyzr partner ops teams (maybe you will be the ops team when needed) are able to execute the correct deal registration and cloud marketplace activities to close deals and track partnership revenue goals. Ensure that Lyzr sales ops teams (or you when needed) are able to update internal Lyzr tools to track partnership revenue goals.
Co-market with Cloud Partners: Collaborate with Lyzr’s marketing teams (lead or supporting role) to generate demand/top-of-funnel pipeline through cloud partners.
Partner Ecosystem Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner field sales teams. You will coordinate and improve engagements between Lyzr’s sellers and partner sales teams.
Project Management: With direction from Lyzr leaders, you will craft and execute programs (internal and external) to enable co-marketing and co-sell with strategic partners. You will be expected to communicate activity ownership, share clear status updates, identify blockers, and learn who/how to unblock your projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Lyzr sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partner feedback informs our roadmap and messaging.
Build with Cloud Partners: This is not a technical role; however, this is a tech startup. Successful candidates will capture inputs from partner conversations to inform tech strategy, and there will be opportunities to dive deeper into tech.
What We Seek
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in software partner management, tech business development, B2B software sales, or tech/biz consulting. Partner/customer-facing experience preferred.
US Eastern Time Zone (GMT -5): On workdays, must be available with high-quality internet for voice calls with internal or external stakeholders during flexible hours within a range from 08:00–18:00 US Eastern Time. You will work with your manager to identify a precise work schedule within that range.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tech/Business Administration, Marketing, Math/Economics/Finance, or related field; Master’s or advanced degree preferred. Similar work experience may qualify strong candidates in lieu of a degree; please apply and highlight your experience.
Exceptional English Communication: Written and spoken; must demonstrate outstanding English communication and executive presence. Strong presentation skills and the ability to listen deeply and influence partner thinking. You are able to convey ideas succinctly (or are willing to learn), allowing leaders to dive deeper or move to other topics.
Project Management: You understand and/or are willing to learn relentless prioritization. You understand how to track 50 projects but only spend time on the top 5 deliverables that impact us this week.
Cloud Fluency: Demonstrated understanding of the cloud ecosystem, including how hyperscalers and software companies operate. You understand the incentives that drive partner behavior (win-win-win mentality).
Passion for AI: A genuine, deep interest in the AI landscape. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you need to speak the language of “business value” when discussing agentic AI with partners and customers.
Bonus Points
Persuasive with experienced tech leaders: You are capable of navigating complex organizations and are persistent in getting mindshare from busy partners.
Previous success managing relationships with cloud partners and with cloud marketplaces (e.g., AWS, Google, Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, et al).
Current experience with leading AI players — you’ve done it successfully, not just dreamed about it.
Proficiency in partnership tools and CRM software: HubSpot, cloud marketplace systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
Mix of startup or large corporate experience — you are comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
