What You’ll Own
Run day-to-day HR operations like a machine — onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, employee support.
Manage the employee lifecycle end-to-end: onboarding, confirmations, transitions, exits, compliance.
Maintain clean, accurate employee data across systems (Keka experience is a plus).
Support policy rollouts, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
Drive employee engagement initiatives that actually move the needle.
Identify gaps, streamline processes, and continuously improve the employee experience.
This is not a checklist role. We’re looking for someone who thinks, improves, and builds.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years in HR Operations.
Strong process orientation and obsessive attention to detail.
Clear communicator with strong organizational skills.
Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
High ownership. High energy. Zero drama.
Genuinely excited about culture, people, and building from 0 → 1 → scale.
