What You’ll Own

• Run day-to-day HR operations like a machine — onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, employee support.

• Manage the employee lifecycle end-to-end: onboarding, confirmations, transitions, exits, compliance.

• Maintain clean, accurate employee data across systems (Keka experience is a plus).

• Support policy rollouts, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives that actually move the needle.

• Identify gaps, streamline processes, and continuously improve the employee experience.

This is not a checklist role. We’re looking for someone who thinks, improves, and builds.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years in HR Operations.

• Strong process orientation and obsessive attention to detail.

• Clear communicator with strong organizational skills.

• Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.

• High ownership. High energy. Zero drama.
