IT Systems Administrator

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive IT Systems Administrator to own our internal infrastructure. You will be the architect of our device lifecycle and the guardian of our identity management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Endpoint & Laptop Management:
Oversee the full lifecycle of company hardware (provisioning, deployment, and decommissioning).
Manage and maintain our MDM (Mobile Device Management) solution to push patches, configurations, and security policies.
Maintain an accurate hardware inventory and manage vendor relationships for procurement.
Centralized IAM (Identity & Access Management):
Administer and scale our central identity provider (Google Workspace, JumpCloud).
Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) across all internal and cloud applications.
Automate user onboarding and offboarding workflows to ensure zero-trust security.
Security & Compliance:
Enforce security baselines (SOC2, CIS) across all managed endpoints.
Conduct regular access audits to ensure the principle of least privilege is maintained.

Experience with MDM systems such as Intune
OS Proficiency
Deep understanding of macOS and Windows 11 troubleshooting.
Scripting
Ability to use Bash, PowerShell, or Python to automate repetitive tasks.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in IT operations or systems administration.
Problem Solver: You don’t just fix the ticket; you find the root cause and automate the solution.
Communication: Ability to explain complex security protocols to non-technical staff without the jargon.
