Role overview
Lyzr is hiring a Senior Brand Designer to lead brand design across all marketing, sales, and external communication touchpoints. This is a hands-on creative role, focused on high-impact brand assets.
This person will own visual storytelling for the company: building decks, launch campaigns, event collateral, landing pages, and more. They’ll shape the visual identity, enforce consistency, and build systems that let the entire GTM team move faster, while staying on-brand.
The ideal candidate is obsessed with precision and detail, understands how design drives GTM impact, and knows how to work fast without sacrificing quality.
What you’ll own
Brand design and identity: Define and evolve Lyzr’s visual identity across marketing, sales, and founder comms. Build a brand that’s recognizable, clean, and scalable.
Marketing and GTM creative: Design campaign assets, landing pages, event decks, customer presentations, co-branded materials, and more with clarity and polish.
Deck and narrative design: Own high-visibility internal and external decks like that of founder vision decks, sales narratives, customer ROI stories, partnership presentations, etc.
Design systems and templates: Create templates and visual guidelines that help the GTM team move fast and stay consistent across pitch decks, case study formats, campaign visuals, etc.
AI-first design workflows: Use AI tools to increase creative output, prototype faster, or repurpose assets at scale. Look for ways to bring speed and automation into the creative process.
Collaboration with marketing and sales: Work closely with GTM teams to turn ideas into visuals by supporting launches, campaigns, ABM programs, and partner marketing efforts.
Creative operations: Own the visual layer of the content engine by making sure that everything that ships publicly should meet brand standards, no matter how fast the team moves.

Qualifications & skills (must-haves)
4+ years in brand or visual design, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
Strong portfolio with work across decks, campaigns, brand systems, and marketing design
Clear understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, color, and storytelling
Experience designing for marketing, sales, or growth
Proficiency in Figma and related creative tools
Exposure to AI-powered design tools and automation
High ownership and attention to detail
Fast execution without sacrificing polish
Nice-to-haves
Experience working in early-stage startups or GTM teams
Exposure to co-marketing, partner branding, or event design
Familiarity with design automation or creative tooling stacks
Experience in designing for AI or technical audiences
