The Role
Partnerships sit at the core of Lyzr's go-to-market strategy. As Partner Success Manager, you will own the full partner lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to enablement, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with mid size system integrators, consultancies, and technology services firms globally helping them build high-impact practices around Lyzr's AI agent platform.
This is a highly commercial, relationship-driven role for someone who is proactive, structured, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. You will create momentum, surface opportunities, and turn partner relationships into measurable business outcomes.
What You Will Do
Partner Recruitment & Onboarding
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential system integrators, consultancies and technology services firms
Design and execute structured onboarding programmes that enable partners to demonstrate and sell Lyzr's AI capabilities quickly
Build joint value propositions and go-to-market plans that drive mutual growth and customer success
Enablement & Adoption
Equip partners with product knowledge, sales plays, and collateral needed to position Lyzr confidently with their clients
Drive product adoption within the partner ecosystem by aligning Lyzr's capabilities to each partner's business model and client needs
Conduct regular training sessions, Partner Reviews (QBRs), and success planning workshops
Pipeline & Revenue Generation
Generate partner-sourced pipeline through proactive business development and co-sell initiatives
Collaborate with Lyzr's Sales team to support active deals where partners are involved, ensuring joint wins
Map key decision-makers and champions within each partner organisation to unlock high-value opportunities
Drive co-marketing initiatives — webinars, events, case studies with strategic technology and ecosystem partners
Partner Retention & Success
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your portfolio of partners
Proactively identify risks to partner satisfaction and retention; resolve escalations in coordination with internal teams
Track partner health metrics, usage patterns, and KPIs; present insights and action plans to internal leadership
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the voice of the partner internally, channelling feedback to Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams
Contribute to continuous improvement of partner programme frameworks, processes, and playbooks
Attend key industry events and forums in India (and occasionally internationally) to deepen relationships and source new partners
What You Must Have
3–7 years of experience in partner success, channel sales, alliances, or account management in a B2B enterprise technology environment
Proven track record of recruiting, onboarding, and scaling channel or solutions partners, with demonstrable revenue impact
Experience building joint go-to-market plans and executing co-sell or co-marketing motions with partners
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on pipeline generation and business outcomes — not just relationship maintenance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage and influence stakeholders from practitioner level to C-suite
Proactive, self-starting approach — comfortable creating structure and driving momentum in fast-moving, often undefined environments
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and partner or customer success tools
What Will Set You Apart
Familiarity with enterprise AI, automation, or agentic workflow platforms — understanding how AI agents create business value
Experience working with SIs, or boutique consultancies as channel partners globally - US experience highly preferred
Hands-on comfort leveraging AI tools in your daily workflow — from prospecting and research to partner communications and reporting
Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment where you have built processes from scratch
