Lyzr.ai is on a mission to put enterprise-grade agentic AI in the hands of every organization. Our Professional Services team partners with marquee clients — from global consulting firms to Fortune 500 enterprises — to design, deploy, and scale Lyzr-powered AI agents in production.

As Senior Project Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of these high-stakes engagements, acting as the connective tissue between client stakeholders, Lyzr's engineering pods, and Lyzr's product and commercial teams.

What You'll Own

Delivery & Client Success during deployment and managed services

• Lead delivery of complex, multi-phase AI agent deployments (SOW through hypercare) for enterprise customers.

• Define project scope, WBS, risk register, and governance cadence from kick-off; maintain a single source of truth for plan, budget, and status throughout.

• Run executive steering committees and weekly client status calls; produce concise written updates that build trust and surface decisions early.

• Manage client-side change requests and scope creep with a structured CR process, protecting both Lyzr's margins and client satisfaction.

• Oversee UAT, go-live readiness, and hypercare handover to ensure every deployment enters production on a stable footing.

Team & Cross-functional Leadership

• Coordinate across solution architects, AI/ML engineers, data engineers, and QA — typically 4–10 person cross-functional pods per engagement.

• Partner with the Pre-Sales and Sales teams during deal closure to validate technical feasibility and shape realistic delivery timelines.

• Act as an escalation point and unblock delivery impediments in real time; know when to escalate to Lyzr leadership vs. resolve independently.

• Contribute to professionalizing the PS practice by refining delivery frameworks, project templates, RAID logs, and lessons-learned libraries.

Commercial Accountability

• Identify and qualify expansion opportunities within active accounts, looping in the account team as appropriate.

• Support SOW drafting and SLA definition for new and renewal engagements.

What You Bring

• We're looking for a seasoned PM with genuine enterprise delivery chops and the commercial instinct to protect both client outcomes and Lyzr's business.

  Experience: 6–10 years in client-facing PM roles

  Domain: AI / ML / SaaS platform delivery

  Certifications: PMP or PMI-ACP preferred

  Methodology: Hybrid Agile-Waterfall delivery

  Tools :Jira, Confluence, MS Project / Notion

  Stakeholder tier C-suite / VP comfort required

Additionally, you will have:

• Demonstrable track record delivering AI, automation, or data platform projects for enterprise or consulting clients.

• Strong commercial instinct — comfortable reading an SOW, tracking utilization burn, and having honest conversations about scope.

• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify technical nuance for business audiences and translate requirements for engineers.

• Bonus: prior experience with agentic AI frameworks, LLM-based products, or RPA / intelligent automation programs.

• Bonus: background in Big-4 consulting, systems integration, or a high-growth AI startup.
