NYC (Hybrid) · 20 Hours · Internship
Lyzr builds AI agents for big enterprises like banks, insurers, and Fortune 500s that take calendar invites very seriously. Our events team runs executive dinners, hackathons, conference side events, and community nights across NYC, Europe, and the Middle East.
We're looking for someone to grow the community around those events by bringing in the right people, making each of them feel like a VIP, building partnerships along the way, and keeping relationships going after the night ends.
Who we're looking for
You're a natural connector. You walk into a room, learn three people's names, introduce two of them, and somehow end up with a new partnership.
You're also extremely organized. Your spreadsheets have color codes, nothing gets dropped, and your follow-ups go out the next morning.
What you'll actually be doing
Community and partnerships
Build a community around Lyzr events, so the same great people keep coming back and bringing friends.
Spot partnership opportunities and start conversations with co-hosts, venues, startups, VCs, and other communities.
Turn one-off connections into lasting relationships.
Guest list and ICP curation
Plan and curate guest lists around our ideal customer profile, making sure the right titles, companies, and industries are in the room.
Research and build target lists for every event.
Keep each room balanced between prospects, customers, partners, and speakers.
Invites and outreach
Plan and run pre-event outreach, including invites, reminders, and personal nudges that get people to show up.
Work with our India team to scale outreach, share lists, and keep everything moving across time zones.
Send post-event outreach so every guest feels remembered, not just added to a mailing list.
Hosting (the fun part)
Host our events by greeting guests, making introductions, and keeping the room's energy up.
Build one-on-one connections with attendees before, during, and after each event.
Make sure no one is left standing alone by the bar.
Luma and logistics
Set up and launch Luma pages and landing pages for every event.
Manage RSVPs, approvals, waitlists, and reminders.
Help plan events from start to finish alongside our event producer.
Tracking and data
Track everything, including invites, RSVPs, attendance, conversations, and notes.
Manage and clean up event data after each event, then hand it off with full context so follow-up
You're our person if you

Love meeting people and remember things about them.
Enjoy building communities and relationships.
Are extremely organized and actually enjoy tracking things.
Write outreach messages that people reply to.
Can work smoothly with a team in another time zone.
Are comfortable with Luma, Google Sheets, Notion, and HubSpot, or learn tools quickly.
